Bayer: International Product Marketing

This was a team project from fall of 2024. At the time, Bayer had released a product in the European market that had shown great success. When Bayer tried to release it in the North American market however, sales were not meeting their expectations. This is when they brought their problem to us.
We went about solving this by first uncovering Bayer’s competitive landscape and the market size for this product category. With this information, we were able to determine this product’s points of differentiation and target market. We then sent out a survey to a sample of the target market, 140 respondents in total, asking about their pharmaceutical preferences. Having looked that these preferences, we were able to come up with consumer insights and develop a campaign that would help solve Bayer’s issues in the North American market and position the product accordingly.
